Returns & Refunds

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by PrecisionLab are for research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic purposes. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this terms.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Product arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong product was shipped
• Order was cancelled before shipment

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Opened or used products
• Products past their expiration date

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@precisionlabs.cc within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Photos of damaged items (if applicable)

5. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs.
